Stoner metal the way it should be; fuzzed out, guitar driven, energetic voyages through outer space. Best way to describe this band is to say, “Hey listen to this”, right before dropping it on your friends out of nowhere.

When I first started scouting for music festivals this was the kind of stuff I had hoped to find around every corner. Hendrixy/Sabbathy guitar led grooves are this band’s forte. As you listen, you feel yourself start to drift into areas of rock and roll history that brought all the people reading this to this very moment.

Every country seems to have their stoner metal festival circuit champions, and I suspect Madmess are exactly that for Portugal. Conclusion: I have yet to hear a track i don’t like.
